- 1 lb taco meat (ground beef or turkey)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 cups tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- 1 cup salsa
Instructions
- Prepare the taco meat according to package instructions, browning the meat and adding taco seasoning with water until thickened.
- Layer the tortilla chips in a large serving platter as the base.
- Top the chips with the prepared taco meat.
- Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese on top of the meat.
- Serve with sour cream, sliced jalapeños, guacamole, and salsa on the side for customization.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days, keeping the chips separate to maintain their crunch.
