- 1 lb steak (flank or sirloin)
- 6 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup pickled red onions
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet to medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness, then let it rest before slicing.
- Combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and avocado in a bowl.
- Slice the rested steak thinly and add it to the salad mix. Top with pickled onions and drizzle with ranch dressing. Toss gently and serve.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored for up to 2 days if kept properly. For meal prep, store dressing separately.
