Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (flank or sirloin)
  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pickled red onions
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet to medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness, then let it rest before slicing.
  3. Combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and avocado in a bowl.
  4. Slice the rested steak thinly and add it to the salad mix. Top with pickled onions and drizzle with ranch dressing. Toss gently and serve.

Notes
