- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed

- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice (for serving)
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat, allowing it to shimmer.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Introduce the ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula.
- Stir in the fresh green beans and cook for another 5 minutes until they are tender-crisp and bright green.
- Pour the sweet chili sauce over the mixture, then add salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well combined.
- Serve the stir-fry over a bed of warm cooked rice.
Notes
Garnish with sesame seeds or sliced green onions for an elevated presentation.
