Instructions
- Start by gathering all ingredients. Choose ripe, sweet strawberries for the best flavor.
- In a bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, your choice of milk or yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt. Stir everything together until well mixed.
- Once well mixed, layer the sliced strawberries on top of the oat mixture, making sure to distribute them evenly.
- Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight. This allows the oats to soak up the liquid and flavors. In the morning, simply stir well and enjoy!

These overnight oats can last up to 3 days in the refrigerator. Best served chilled.
