Ingredients

  • 2 cups zucchini, sliced
  • 2 cups bell peppers, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the sliced sausage, zucchini, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and red onion on a large sheet pan.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
