Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. Place the chicken breasts on one side of a sheet pan and arrange the trimmed asparagus on the other side.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil mixture over both the chicken and asparagus, then bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

For even cooking, slice any thicker chicken breasts in half horizontally. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
