Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Place the chicken breasts on one side of a sheet pan and arrange the trimmed asparagus on the other side.
- Drizzle the olive oil mixture over both the chicken and asparagus, then bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
For even cooking, slice any thicker chicken breasts in half horizontally. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
