Ingredients
- French baguette or crostini
- Fresh peaches, sliced
- Prosciutto, thinly sliced
- Balsamic glaze
- Fresh basil leaves
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the French baguette into 1/2 inch thick pieces.
- Brush the slices lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Toast the bread in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove the toasted bread from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Layer a slice of fresh peach followed by a piece of prosciutto on each crostini.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Add a fresh basil leaf on top for garnish.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
