Ingredients

  • French baguette or crostini
  • Fresh peaches, sliced
  • Prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the French baguette into 1/2 inch thick pieces.
  3. Brush the slices lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Toast the bread in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Remove the toasted bread from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  6. Layer a slice of fresh peach followed by a piece of prosciutto on each crostini.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  8. Add a fresh basil leaf on top for garnish.
