Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 package gnocchi
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
