- Flatbread

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil. Bake for about 5-7 minutes until slightly crispy.
- Chop the tomatoes and mix them with olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Let this mixture sit for at least 10 minutes.
- Remove the flatbread from the oven and top it with the marinated tomatoes and torn pieces of burrata cheese. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Slice and serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
