- Halloumi cheese
- Fresh apricots

Instructions
- Preheat the grill over medium heat.
- Cut the Halloumi cheese into 1-inch cubes.
- Halve the fresh apricots and remove the pits.
- Thread the Halloumi and apricot halves onto skewers.
- Brush the skewers with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove the skewers from heat and drizzle with hot honey.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
