Instructions
- Begin by preheating the grill to medium heat.
- Peel and slice the pineapple into rings or wedges, about half an inch thick.
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together.
- Brush the pineapple pieces with melted butter and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over them.
- Place the pineapple on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until caramelized.
