- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden or metal skewers
- Tzatziki sauce for serving
Instructions
- Mix together Greek yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add chicken chunks to the marinade, ensuring they’re well coated.
- Cover the bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes, or overnight for best flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve the skewers hot with tzatziki sauce on the side.
Notes
For extra flavor, soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling. You can also add vegetables to the skewers.
