Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the eggs to your preference, scrambling or frying them and seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Lightly toast the English muffins.
- Assemble the sandwiches with a cooked egg on each muffin half, topped with cheese and bacon or sausage.
- Wrap each sandwich individually in foil or plastic wrap.
- Place the wrapped sandwiches in the freezer for later use.
- When ready, unwrap and microwave or bake the sandwich until heated through.
