Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, crumbled
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix evenly over the chicken breasts.
  3. Add the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  4. Cover the crockpot and set it to low heat, cooking for about 7 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken directly in the crockpot using two forks.
  6. Mix well with the melted cream cheese and ranch.
  7. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
