Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuits
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
- Add the frozen mixed vegetables on top and cover the crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, tear the refrigerated biscuits into pieces and drop them into the crockpot. Cook until the biscuits are done, then shred the chicken and stir to combine.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, you can mix a tablespoon of cornstarch with two tablespoons of cold water and stir that into the mixture during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
