- 200g Feta cheese
- 100g Cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 50g Pistachios, chopped
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh herbs (optional, e.g., parsley or dill)
- Crackers or bread for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine feta cheese and cream cheese in a mixing bowl, and mix until smooth.
- Add honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste; mix well. Spoon the mixture into a baking dish and smooth the top. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and slightly crispy on top.
- Chop the pistachios while the dip is baking. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the pistachios on top, along with any fresh herbs if using. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a microwave or oven.
