Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions and drain.

- Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the honey and sun-dried tomatoes, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve garnished with fresh basil.
