  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes and spinach, cooking until the spinach is wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, mixing well until combined.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and let it simmer until the sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.
