- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add cherry tomatoes and spinach, cooking until the spinach is wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, mixing well until combined.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and let it simmer until the sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving for a touch of freshness.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, let it simmer longer but watch closely to avoid burning. This dish can be substituted with shrimp or tofu for variations.
