Delicious and healthy treat combining dark chocolate, fresh strawberries, and creamy Greek yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Start by hulling and halving your strawberries.
  2. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. Dip each strawberry half into the yogurt mixture.
  4. Place the yogurt-coated strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler.
  6. Drizzle the melted chocolate generously over the yogurt-covered strawberries.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 1-2 hours.
  8. Once set, enjoy the clusters frozen or let them thaw slightly.
