Instructions
- Start by hulling and halving your strawberries.
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Dip each strawberry half into the yogurt mixture.
- Place the yogurt-coated strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate generously over the yogurt-covered strawberries.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 1-2 hours.
- Once set, enjoy the clusters frozen or let them thaw slightly.
