  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter. Mix in the brown sugar until you have a smooth consistency. Then, add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well to ensure everything is well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
  7. Allow the blondies to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
