Instructions
- Start by preparing all your ingredients. Shred the cooked chicken, dice the celery, and grate the carrot.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, diced celery, and grated carrot. Stir together until well-coated.
- Taste the mixture and season with salt and pepper as needed.
- To serve, take a lettuce leaf, spoon some of the buffalo chicken mixture onto it, sprinkle with blue cheese if desired, and wrap it up like a taco. Enjoy immediately for the best crunch!
