- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup corn (frozen or canned)

Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the chicken.
- Pour the salsa on top, then add the black beans and corn. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken using two forks before serving. Serve with tortillas or rice, and top with cheese if desired.
