Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually stir the dry mixture into the butter mixture until just blended.
- Fold in the fresh blueberries gently.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
- Allow the blondies to cool and serve topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Notes
For best results, use fresh blueberries and allow blondies to cool before cutting.
