  • 1 cup blue raspberry flavored candy bits or crushed blue raspberry candy
  • Blue food coloring (optional)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Beat together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy and well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the blue raspberry candy bits and blue food coloring if desired.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
