Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated beef until browned and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Place a scoop of cooked rice at the bottom of a bowl.
