- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice (for serving)
- Lettuce (for serving)
- Sliced cucumbers (for serving)
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
- Sriracha or hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Combine ground beef, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated beef until browned and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
- Place a scoop of cooked rice at the bottom of a bowl.
- Top with cooked Korean beef bulgogi, lettuce, sliced cucumbers, and green onions. Drizzle with Sriracha or hot sauce if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
