Delightful bite-sized treats combining classic spinach and artichoke dip flavors wrapped in crispy pastry, perfect for parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts (canned or frozen)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package of pastry dough or phyllo dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, and the rest of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  3. Roll out the pastry dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into suitable bite-sized portions.
  4. Place a spoonful of the filling onto the center of each dough piece and seal the edges.
  5. Arrange the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can also be frozen before baking.
