- 1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts (canned or frozen)
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of pastry dough or phyllo dough
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, and the rest of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Roll out the pastry dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into suitable bite-sized portions.
- Place a spoonful of the filling onto the center of each dough piece and seal the edges.
- Arrange the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can also be frozen before baking.
